“You’ll regret this, Harrison Vance!” Vivienne screamed, spittle flying from her lips.

“I will go to the press!”

“I will tell them you are an abusive lunatic who locked me in a room!”

“I will ruin your company’s stock by morning!”

Harrison casually reached into his pocket and pulled out his phone.

“Reynolds,” Harrison said casually.

“Call the Malibu police department.”

“Tell them we have a case of aggravated child abuse caught on tape.”

Vivienne froze, the threat of real consequences finally crashing down on her.

“No, no, wait,” she stammered, backing toward the door.

“You wouldn’t actually have me arrested.”

“I’m Vivienne Croft!”

“Not anymore,” Harrison said.

“Now, you’re just a convict.”

Vivienne turned on her heel and tried to run down the hallway.

Reynolds didn’t even break a sweat.

He stepped sideways and clotheslined her, sending her tumbling to the carpet.

“Let me go!” she shrieked like a wild animal.
