The live stream went active, capturing crystal-clear footage of the illegal transaction.

Marcus zoomed in on the stolen police evidence bags being handed over to the cartel.

He needed Briggs to confess on camera to make the charges completely airtight.

Marcus attached a localized megaphone to the crane's guardrail.

He flipped the switch, his voice echoing across the frozen harbor like thunder.

"Captain Briggs, you are completely surrounded by the truth!" Marcus yelled.

The men below scrambled in panic, raising their assault rifles toward the shadows.

Briggs dropped his cigar, his face twisting into a mask of pure rage.

"Vance, you dead man, show yourself!" Briggs screamed into the freezing night.

"I already have Arthur's confession, and you're broadcasting live to the FBI," Marcus announced.

The cartel boss looked at Briggs in disgust, realizing he had been compromised.
