Because Rachel had alienated all their vendors, the valuation of the company had completely tanked.

I purchased the trucks, the warehouse leases, and the client databases for a fraction of their worth.
When the final paperwork was unsealed, Rachel and Evelyn finally saw the name of the buyer.
