Chapter 10 - Happily Ever After

One year later, the grand ballroom of the Montgomery estate was completely transformed.

Gone were the dark memories of the terrible night that started it all, replaced by thousands of white roses.

Soft, romantic music drifted through the air as the elite of the city gathered for a joyous celebration.

Arthur stood at the altar, looking more handsome and relaxed than he had in a decade.

The heavy wooden doors opened, and Sarah appeared, looking absolutely breathtaking in a flowing white gown.

Little Leo walked proudly down the aisle ahead of her, carefully tossing pink flower petals onto the carpet.

He wasn't just a traumatized boy anymore; he was a happy, healthy child who adored his new family.

Arthur took Sarah's hands as she reached the altar, his eyes shining with unshed tears of pure happiness.

"You came into my life in the darkest moment, and you brought the sun with you," Arthur vowed softly.

"I promise to spend the rest of my life making sure you never face the darkness alone again."

Sarah smiled, a single tear of joy escaping as she looked at her perfect little family.

"I didn't just save a boy that night, Arthur," Sarah whispered back. "You both saved me."

The priest smiled warmly at the beautiful couple standing before him.

"I now pronounce you husband and wife," the priest declared joyfully. "You may kiss the bride."
