Chapter 7 - Taking Back What Is Mine

I confidently stepped directly toward Chloe, completely invading her personal space.
She aggressively instinctively shrank backward, absolutely terrified of the immense power radiating perfectly from my entire being.
"That beautiful custom cashmere coat heavily belongs to me," I stated coldly, holding out my waiting hand.
"Take it off your dirty body right now."
Chloe desperately looked at Julian for protection, but he was completely paralyzed by absolute, raw fear.
With trembling, highly nervous hands, Chloe slowly unbuttoned the expensive coat and quietly handed it entirely to my waiting guard.
"And the vintage emerald pendant," I strictly demanded, my eyes heavily narrowing into dangerous slits.
"The one my beloved grandmother explicitly left to me."
Chloe practically ripped the priceless necklace completely off her sweaty throat, violently dropping it into my open palm.
"Please, I honestly had absolutely no idea!" Chloe cried pathetically, her fake confidence totally gone.
"He strictly told me you were just a crazy, money-hungry gold digger!"
I let out a highly genuine, beautifully dark laugh.
"The absolute irony of that statement is truly poetic," I whispered perfectly.
I entirely turned my sharp attention right back to my completely broken, heavily sweating husband.
"You did not merely cheat on your incredibly loyal wife, Julian."
"You severely and foolishly underestimated the extremely dangerous family she specifically comes from."
Julian abruptly fell heavily to his bare knees, perfectly sobbing right in the middle of the grand, empty lobby.
"Clara, please, I am so incredibly sorry!" he begged hysterically, wildly reaching out to violently grab my expensive shoes.
"It was just a stupid, completely meaningless mistake!"
"I absolutely love you, please do not ruin my entire life like this!"

My massive, heavily armed security guards aggressively stepped forward, violently kicking his reaching hands away.
"Do not ever attempt to touch me again," I warned him viciously.
