Chapter 6 - The Proof

Isabella called an emergency press conference at her corporate headquarters.

Dozens of reporters and flashing cameras filled the large media room.

David was sitting in the front row, wearing a smug, arrogant grin.

Noah stepped up to the podium, looking sharp in a custom black suit he had tailored himself.

"My biological father claims that he designed the emerald dress," Noah spoke clearly into the microphones.

"He claims that he taught me how to sew in secret."

Noah motioned to a large projector screen behind him.

"This is the security footage from the fabric store in our old hometown, dated seven months ago."

The video played, showing a nervous Noah buying cheap green fabric with crumpled dollar bills.

"And these are the time-stamped videos I took of myself on my phone, documenting every single mistake I made while learning to stitch."

The screen showed a montage of Noah pricking his fingers, crying in frustration, and slowly building the gown over endless, lonely nights.

"David has never threaded a needle in his life," Noah stated coldly.

"He is a con artist trying to steal the spotlight from the mother who actually raised me."

The reporters instantly turned their cameras toward David.
